We spent eight wonderful days at the villa, it is in a great location for beach lovers. The property was clean and someone came to check and clean the pool every two days. Mary, the manager, was in touch with us from day one and was amazing! She answered every question quickly and gave us good recommendations.

Great service from Ezoria – they genuinely listen to customers The villa itself was first class — very comfortable, in an ideal location, and well-suited for a relaxing stay. We had some initial teething issues, but they were handled professionally and quickly by the property manager. After our trip, we raised our concerns with Ezoria, and to their credit, they took the feedback seriously and acted promptly. It’s reassuring to see a company that not only responds but actually takes accountability and improves. Would recommend Ezoria — a good company that stands behind their service and listens to customers.

Absolutely brilliant. The villa was beautiful and clean, the pool very well maintained and the maid service was excellent. Ezoria as a company were very helpful and any issues raised were resolved extremely quickly, even sending out the area manager to ensure we were happy with everything. Great company for villa rentals. Efficient and friendly , professional and always there to help if any issues arise. They made the whole process of renting a villa seamless and easy and were always checking in on us while there to make sure everything was going well. For example, Our microwave broke and they replaced it within 1 hour. Would recommend them to anybody! What an amazing stay! We spent two unforgettable nights at Villa Palm Breeze in Protaras and absolutely loved every minute of it. The villa was even better than the photos — spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. A kind gesture by hosting as we found complimentary bootle of wine, still water, bread, milk, pastries and fresh fruits! The private pool was a dream, and we spent hours relaxing and soaking up the Protaras sun. The location was perfect too — close to a stunning beach, great restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and quiet for total relaxation. The host by Ezoria were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Everything was explained thoroughly via email. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone visiting Protaras — it’s a little slice of paradise. Can’t wait to come back!

The location was great, providing both tranquility and easy access to local attractions.   The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every corner of the villa. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed the pool and stunning views. The staff was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.   Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Ezoria Villas to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. We had a fantastic stay at one of their villas in Cyprus. 3-minute walk to beach, very nice view and house. The Ezoria team provided excellent service during the stay. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend Villa Savoya Sunrise any higher - it is a true home from home with all the facilities you would want for a fun and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect, with a beautiful view across the Mediterranean and is only 5 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants yet still peaceful. The accommodation is very spacious including a large outdoor space and lovely pool. Communication from Ezoria was first class.

This is my second stay at Villa Aqua Marine. The Villa is without doubt absolutely stunning in a beautiful front line position. The Villa is much bigger than the picture suggest with 4 large bedrooms all en-suite. Everything one could want during our stay was supplied with high standard offered throughout. The views are absolutely stunning, with the Villa offering views across the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. On a clear day or evening views of Northern Cyprus and the eastern panhandle of Cyprus can clearly be seen. My personal favourite was the Cypriot BBQ which allowed us to create the most wonderful memories of cooking and eating alfresco in the warm Cypriot evenings with family and friends. Ezoria, who supplied the Villa were again fantastic throughout the whole journey. Offering the feeling of constant support without intruding on our holiday in any way. Having visiting Cyprus over 30 years staying in various places and types of accommodation Villa Aqua Marine has topped anything I have experienced and created the most wonderful memories for my family and I.

We’ve just returned from a 12 night stay at Villa Casa Bonita. We’ve stayed at this villa on 6 previous occasions, and can’t fault the facilities. The villa is in a very good location, and although we rented a car, it’s not necessary. Booking with Ezoria could not be any easier, we’ve been using them for many years now, and the whole process is very good, I wouldn’t consider using any other company for my future villa rentals, as we’ve tried a few and none of them come close to matching the service we receive from Ezoria.

We stayed at villa Willow Mandali in Protaras. The villa was very clean and the pool was fantastic. The strip which has lots of restaurants and bars is a 10 min walk as is the beach. Ezoria where there every step of the way to ensure you feel at ease and where very prompt in solving any concerns during our stay, thanks. Can’t wait to book for next year.

Another brilliant stay in Cyprus booked through Ezoria. The staff at Ezoria are excellent and nothing is a problem. Super fast replies to emails and can book your transfers etc too. Dave one of the property managers was great and very helpful too. Great villas and can't wait to come again and will be booking through Ezoria again. Superb!!

Stayed at this villa before, but this was the first time through Ezoria management. Excellent to deal with, cannot recommend highly enough. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again
