We can help arrange airport transfers on request, making arrival and departure feel simple and stress-free.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the property and booking dates. Full cancellation details will always be shown before you confirm your reservation. If your plans change, simply get in touch and we’ll do our best to help with the available options.
When do I need to pay for my reservation?
Payment terms vary depending on the property and booking dates. In most cases, a deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due closer to your arrival date. Full payment details will always be clearly shown before booking.
How is my damage deposit handled?
Before your arrival, a damage deposit authorisation will be placed on your card. This is not usually debited and does not reduce your available card limit — it simply allows funds to be claimed later if necessary. Once you check out and the property has been inspected, the authorisation will be released if everything is in order.
How often is the villa cleaned?
Your villa is professionally cleaned before arrival to ensure everything is ready for your stay. Additional housekeeping or mid-stay cleans can also be arranged on request for an extra charge.
What happens if I have an issue during my stay?
We’re always here to help. Guests have access to a 24/7 support line, along with dedicated teams on the ground ready to assist during your stay. You’ll also receive access to a digital guest guide filled with useful information about the villa, local recommendations, and the surrounding area.
